Our claims process is simple so you can focus on taking care of your pet.
Pay your vet
Go to any vet or emergency clinic you like and pay your bill at the time of treatment.
Submit a claim
Easily submit your claim by logging into My Account and uploading your claim information. Or, if needed, download a claim form to fax or mail.
Get paid
Claims are typically paid within 3 days once your claim is complete. We’ll pay you back up to 100% of your vet bill based on the plan you choose.
